This document is a standardized U.S. Military Mission Report (MISREP) recording a reconnaissance sortie flown 20-21 May 2022 out of OKAS (Iraq) under Operation Inherent Resolve, tasked to 196 ATKS and supported by the 609th CAOC. A redacted U.S. military Mission Report (MISREP) released by the Department of War documenting a reconnaissance mission over Iraq during Operation Inherent Resolve on 20 May 2022, during which an operator observed a single unidentified anomalous phenomenon (UAP).
